Exceptionally clean, there was cleaning personnel every three days. They have thought of everything - beach and bath towels , kitchenware, cleaning service on the pool. There is a great barbeque close to the pool and a nice area with furniture outside of the villa to relax at! We were a group of 8 adults and two children , and have nothing to complain about! Everything is as on the pictures! Totally recommend 🙌

We returned to this beautiful location and enjoyed watching the sunsets and the sea from our patio and bedroom window. Extremely clean (daily housekeeping), the villa is everything you'll need for your stay, and more. Fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. A very good, organic bottle of wine courtesy of the owners (thank you!). Very good and a diverse enough breakfast, always fresh. Big, nice, and clean pool. Not far from the beaches (by car)

Vila má kuchyň, posezení, jídelní kout a TV s plochou obrazovkou.... Nikos, the host, was just wonderful. Available for any of our questions within a few minutes and finds a solution to any question. We had an unexpected personal problem and he helped us amazingly like a relative. The place looks exactly like the pictures - new and fifty meters from a beautiful beach. The place is clean, well equipped, and you can see that they put thought into the design.There is an excellent yard and grass and barbecue. We had a great time and recommend it to everyone!

Location is very convenient for going around Kassandra. The beach near Nea Fokea is very near, which was great for afternoon walks on the beach and also Afytos is just 3 minutes away with a car and there is a very convinient parking there to do shopping and buy food, etc. I rate my stay 10/10 and it was a nice house overall.

The host was really very very nice guy, very helpful and friendly . Provided lots of things what he could just skip. Always asking we need anything. As soon as we needed anything he was there to help. Location was good very close to the beach. House been clean and fully enough for family. Kids been playing in garden.Shops been walking distance.Evening never been borring .Shortly to say was really good.Defenetly will recommend and go again.Thanks for such a good holiday .

The owner is One of the nicest man in the world! Very helpful and a great presentatation. As the location go is very beautiful, new, great place for a nice vacation. The pool is big and warm. A shop is exactly next to the villa. Modern, clean, very best utilities. We are sure coming back

She offered us refreshments every day she saw us. She asked if we had any requests or found anything negative. She was very warm and hospitable. We thank her and her children very much. The house is in a great location. It's a 1-minute walk from the center. There's a bakery nearby, 20 meters away. The market is very close by. There's parking behind the house. There's air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. If I come back, I'll choose this place. Thank you Katerina🙏🏻

Vilata e udobna, gi ima site potrebni elementi vo kujnata, od sadovi i pribori, frizider i zamrznuvac. Relnata na spoteto ne bese vo red. Terasata so prekrasen vidik kon moreto. Plazata e blisku , no e diva i so kamenja.Na 2,5 km vo Nea Skioni ima prekrasna pesocna plaza.Nie bevme drustvo i prekrasno si pominavme, no naokolu nema ni prodavnici , ni kafani.Dokolku sakate mir i tisina ovaa vila e idealna za vas🙂
