Lovely cottage with a fantastic view and a fireplace in the Ivy Cottage. Pet friendly place, my golden retriever love it. Super cute and nice for a couple and comfortable.

This property was top notch in every category, Comfort and space, amenities, and the VIEW!!! The location was perfect for us! We were just minutes from the Quirang Walk, Old Man of Storr, and other gorgeous viewpoints on the northern part of the isle. Staffin has two small grocery stores. The Hungry Gull is a popular place for take away or eat in breakfast and lunch. If Portree is on your itinerary, it is only a 30 min drive. The hostess was welcoming, offered helpful tips, and suggested places to visit that we hadn’t been aware of. Don’t hesitate to book this incredible gem!!! If we get the chance to return, we are definitely booking here again.

My pod experience was amazing. The design of them is really well considered and thought out. And you really can't beat the views out onto the water. The communication was great, and I felt really well considered even though I realize I didn't interact with anyone to check in or out (but did eat at the Inn and used the shop for snacks). It was a really special place even with the rain, a delayed Ferry ride, and coming in the dark. I want to return and stay longer!

Auld Tom's Rest definitely was one of the best self-catering accommodations we've ever been to! It is a sweet little house with a nice garden (with a cozy place to sit and a clothesline!) and so very well equipped! Not only did Gary, the host, present us with fresh milk, a bottle of wine, tea and coffee as well as a jar of sweets for the kids; there were so many useful items in the kitchen, like oil, flour, salt, herbs and sauces, even baking paper! Besides, there is plenty of cutlery, plates, all kinds of pots and pans etc. etc. We like to cook so we really appreciated that! A booklet made by Gary gave detailed information regarding the house as well as restaurant/pub recommendations and city maps, which also helped to make our stay as smooth as possible. Thank you for going that extra mile!! Surroundings of the house: We arrived by bus in St. Andrews and walked from the Stagecoach Bus Station to the house: 20 minutes via the city center and next to a little river, very lovely! There is also a (local) bus stop in front of the house. I recommend grocery shopping at Aldi's which is very close to the house, or at Naturity's in South Street (many healthy and organic products).

The house was so comfortable, clean and tidy. It has got everything you need, kitchen utensils, washing machine, toaster, and big screen TV. The fireplace adds a nice touch to the property. If you drive an EV like us, dont worry about having a low battery since this property has got its own charging point and it is free usage for the guests. We had excellent stay at the property.

Thomas Telford Lettings - Luxurious Interiors and Seaviews nabízí zahradu, sdílený lounge a sdílenou kuchyň. Hrad Dunvegan je 19 km odtud. The most jaw-dropping place I've ever rented. Huge living room with large comfy couch and 80(?) inch TV for relaxation after long days of walking. Large, well-equipped kitchen. One large bed room and one enormous bed room. Usually large and comfortable beds. All beautifully decorated in a mix of classic and bohemian style. Stein Inn (very nice pub) and Loch Bay (Michelin star restaurant) in walking distance (but a bit of a walk; almost 4 km). The host is very responsive and friendly (not that we had any issues, but we had some questions before arriving).
