This cottage was adorable.It had everything needed for a comfortable stay.The cottage was very well maintained ,pristine and immaculate.Its location was easy to find with sat nav and what 3 words.It is situated in easy reach by car to many places of interest to visit . It is a 3 min walk to the common and a local pub down the lane.Stone henge and Beaulieu approx half an hours drive away for example.The accommodation was lovely with added touches like fragrant candles to add ambience. The outside space was inviting to include a bbq and throws and cushions to bring the inside out.All in all this property was just charming .Quiet for the evenings just chilling in the outside space or watching TV. The hosts have thought of everything needed even down to an umbrella by the door. It was just lovely.

Gorgeous English Farmhouse Holiday Cottage for 9 and a half, a property with a garden, is situated in Ellingham, 26 km from Salisbury Cathedral, 27 km from Salisbury Train Station, as well as 30 km from Poole Harbour. The property features lake and garden views, and is 22 km from Bournemouth International Centre. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We had an amazing stay at Rockford Farm Cottage. Check-in was super easy, with really clear instructions that made everything stress-free. The location is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by fields and great walking paths — perfect for relaxing and soaking up the countryside. The cottage itself is full of character: rustic and authentic, yet with all the modern comforts — new bathrooms, a top-notch kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. Inside, it felt cozy but still spacious, with plenty of rooms so everyone could have their own space. The coffee machine is in the games barn, which means stepping outside over gravel, so you’ll want shoes on — and it can be a bit inconvenient if it’s raining. It can sleep up to 10 people, though worth checking the exact layout (there’s a bunk bed and a room for 3). Just watch your head on the low doors and take care on the old staircase — part of the charm of such a historic place. Overall, we loved our time here and would happily recommend it for families or groups of friends looking for a special countryside escape.

Cosy Retreat Near New Forest is a recently renovated holiday home in Ellingham, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The property has garden and quiet street views, and is 21 km from Bournemouth International Centre. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The house was very well kept, very clean and tidy. It was a cozy and warm space, with great sized rooms for a family of 4 adults so didn't feel cramped. There's also a good garden space for warmer weather and the road is very quiet. The house is in a great location to visitor attractions in the New Forest and surrounding areas, and there's a small supermarket round the corner for last-minute provisions. Communication with the host was excellent throughout and we had no issues throughout our stay. We had a lovely stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again in future.
