We felt very relaxed in the jungle house. You can cook easy meals in the outdoor kitchen and enjoy them at the veranda. We had the pool mostly to ourselves. Nadia was very helpful and responsive.

Casa Modi se nachází v destinaci Puerto Viejo a má restauraci, pokojovou službu, bar, zahradu, terasu, dětské hřiště a výhled na město. We got the unit on the second floor. It had 2 bedrooms. Super comfy 200cm width bed. Fully equipped kitchen though the kitchen is outdoors, might not fit everyone. For us it was great. Barely any mosquitoes even outdoors. Nice place to buy fruits 5 minutes walk and a big organic supermarket less than 10 minutes walk. The beach is very close to the flat, big waves but we built sand castles with our baby so it was fine. It was very relaxing stay in a peaceful environment. They even have a laundry machine and were very responsive to all our requests. Felt very secluded. 10 minutes walk from the Jaguar Rescue Center.

Already the arrival was very pleasant: We were welcomed by Gabriel who picked us up from the boat and walked us to our house. The house was great! Lovely decorations, super clean, good wifi, kitchen equipped with everything you need, quiet and with green all around and right at the boarder of the National Park. Gabriel and his colleague Rodrigo gave us a little walking tour around the village with recommendations for restaurants and info/history about the town with a visit to the Turtle Museum. They were such great guys that we decided to do a Canoe tour with them the next morning and also that we enjoyed very much. Tortuguero is amazing and peaceful with its infinite beach, the canals & the park with its amazing wildlife - definitely one of our highlights of our Costa Rica trip.

The owners are super helpful, welcoming and nice. Together with their team they made our holidays an unforgettable experience. Every morning the fresh coffee waiting on the terrace (that was a real treat and a great start of the days). Incredible breakfast: local cuisine - homemade fresh bakeries, freshly made juices and local food. Villa was super comfortable, very spacious, clean and it was a pleasure to spend there time. The shortcut to the beach was also good, so you are super close to look at the waves and swim.

New Caribe Point se nachází ve městě Cahuita v regionu Limon a nabízí venkovní bazén a zázemí pro vodní sporty. Puerto Viejo je 14 km daleko. Ve všech prostorách je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi. We loved our villa, the pool, the owners and staff, the wildlife - during our stay we saw toucans, iguanas, agouti and sloths. It was a perfect place to end our Costa Rican trip.

Los Delfines Lodge se nachází v destinaci Puerto Viejo a nabízí zahradu. Pláž Playa Cocles je 1,2 km daleko a Jaguar Rescue Center 1,8 km. We enjoyed our stay at Los Delfines Lodge very much! Miguel and Marta are great hosts. They are extremely helpful, supported us, even washed and dried our cloth and drove us with their car. The house has a beautiful garden and a nice kitchen. We definitely recommend Los Delfines Lodge and would come again.

It’s my 7th visit to Puerto Viejo, since I fell in love with this place, and this was far better than anything I rented here before. It’s just something else…I guess when the plants grow higher this will look as you were living in the jungle. But even now, when it’s new, you have that experience. The breakfast is exceptional, the staff is very friendly, the manager really knows his job. I’m not sure whether I most enjoyed the early mornings, when the jungle switches on and the howler monkeys wake you up, or the evenings, for the illumination of the resort is just another experience. I like a log…it’s beautiful, amazing and outstanding, really
