I absolutely loved this place! It’s so beautifully and cleverly designed. As someone who appreciates interior architecture, I was genuinely impressed by how well the space was used. It’s a smaller space, but everything feels intentional, stylish, and comfortable. The layout, lighting, and materials all worked together to create a calm, modern atmosphere with personality. I also really enjoyed the sea view—it added such a peaceful touch to the whole experience.

New apartment close to Volos. Good location for 1 night if you are in transit, but also nice if you want to spend more days in the area as it is close to the beach. Property is brand new and the owner fantastic: very responsive and helpful.

The house is really beautiful - amazing view of the gulf from the large terrace, decorated in a very unique style! If you love art places with great atmosphere and history - you should visit this house. It is big, we were 9 people and fit very comfortably, it was clean and had all necessary amenities. There are restaurants and small grocery shops nearby which is convenient. Although it is summer and it is very hot outside, the house is in the mountain and is made of stone so it kept cool most of the time. We were able to park one of the cars right in front of the house which was great given the limited parking space in these mountain villages. The host was more than welcoming, she was very friendly, provided the necessary instructions for the house and some very useful local tips. She also kindly offered us some welcome delicious treats like local jam and wine. Waking up to this view and watching the sunsets was incredible experience for our entire group :) Overall, we would definitely recommend it and it exceeded our expectations of the place.

    Loved it, better than advertised. Volos and the surrounding area has a serious lack of high quality accommodation options, so this place was a very nice surprise. Underdeveloped or badly developed in some parts general area, Alykes, but the house (2 villas actually, we stayed in Wave Villa, there is also Dune) was very well made, nice albeit small pool, everything really comfortable, high end and practical. Very close to the sea and 2-3 restaurants and a nice walk. Also, the hostess, Despoina, was very professional, welcoming and friendly.
