Magnificent experience at a conveniently located hotel, close to the city and to the sea but away from traffic and noise. It was a perfect choice for us, as we are fond of privacy and quiet environment to relax on our vacation. The hotel is built on a small hill, with respect to the environment and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Each villa has its own large pool and a nice secluded garden ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. There is barbecue capability for those that want to cook their own dinner. The villas are fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee machine, TVs, hair dryer, iron and even a washing machine. They are thoroughly cleaned daily and staff was very polite, friendly and accommodated all our requests. We visited the restaurant and had cocktails, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing sea view. The food was excellent, the chef prepares Greek and Mediterranean dishes with a modern touch and an international flavor. We were very pleased by our choice and we will definitely visit again.

Absolutely stunning villa! Spotless, spacious and comfortable with amazing sea views. Our kids loved the dreamy pool in the middle of an olive garden. The house is fully furnished and well equipped—everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay is provided, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras. The location strikes the perfect balance between privacy and convenience with the use of our rental car. Everything you need is provided, and the owner (Spiros) went out of his way to make our stay effortless and special. The perfect place to relax—highly recommend booking!

The villa is new, beautiful and very well equipped as in description and in a strategic position to reach easily all attractions of the island . All the 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms are large and comfortable . The swimming pool and exterior kitchen are amazing and we loved to spend our time there . The host and his family are super available any moment to assist you . It was a beautiful holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa! Everything was perfect!. Every little detail was thought through) the apartments are ideal) beautiful veranda with sea view. The location is universal, cause you can rent a boat near the villa to see all the beauty of the island. Special thanks to the owner, he did everything possible to make sure we were delighted with our stay here. We hope that we will definitely come back again!

I could not recommend this villa more! We're a group of 3 girls in our early 30's & this villa was perfect. Location wise it was incredible, it felt remote and quiet yet so close to everything on the island! Angeliki & Adam were wonderful hosts, fantastic communication before/during our visit and very attentive, nothing was too much for them. They even did us a bqq one night which was delicious! The villa itself is beautiful, so modern and couldn't fault it :)

simply amazing stay at Pigeon Nest villa. the house is very modern (just recently built) and comes with all necessary amenities including very well equipped kitchen & bathroom, private pool, sunbeds with umbrellas, outside shower, towels for showering / pool / beach etc. the view from the property is amazing, nestled around olive trees and with a beautiful view to the sea, particularly from the upstairs balcony where you can watch a beautiful sunset. The location is very convenient- beach and several nice tavernas just around the corner, but also very centrally located to reach everything around the island (car is required). the hosts live just across the street and were very welcoming & helpful from the start to the end - waiting for us at arrival to show us around, give tips on where to go around the island, provide us with a first “care package”, and checked in on us during the stay (e.g. bringing us fresh towels, asking if we needed new bed sheets, bringing over homemade desert). can only recommend to stay here!

A fantastic villa which is as luxurious in person as it looks in the photos. Spotlessly clean and every detail has been carefully thought out. Dennis, the host, was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is ideally situated, a 7 minute drive to the nearest resort of Tslivi. There is also a wonderful bakery called Kapos a few minutes walk from the villa. We had a wonderful week’s stay and would highly recommend it to everyone wanting a lovely holiday.

Angelo was our host and he couldn’t have done anything more to help us! One of the lads even locked us out and Angelo came to let us in within 10mins. Even offered him fuel money which he wouldn’t accept! Top top guy! The property was spotless! The villa was cleaned daily for us and pool never had a bug in it!

    The location in an old village with a beautiful view of the countryside was great. It was lovely sitting outside on the terrace, especially in the morning sun. The central location is very good for visiting all parts of the island. The old traditional house was very interesting and comfortable to stay in with all mod cons. The owners are very friendly & helpful. It was so kind of them to give us their delicious home-made jam & other food.
