Cannot rate this villa high enough! We were a group of 14 and Alberto was the most incredible host before during and after our stay - he was so helpful booking taxis, helping us with shopping, ordering a gorgeous paella delivery and helping with anything we asked while we were there! He certainly made our stay unforgettable, thank you Alberto - there are no words to describe your commitment to making our stay amazing! The villa itself is so beautiful and so well kept, we actually think it’s better than the pictures! The pool was perfect for relaxing and the villa has absolutely everything you could think of. The BBQ was also great for us! Thank you for making our stay so unforgettable - everyone commented on how amazing it was and that they’d love to come back!

I recently stayed at a beautiful house that exceeded my expectation. While it is not new, the home is comfortable and well-built, making it feel cozy and welcoming. It has everything you need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, but there was no iron or hair dryer. The layout is great, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms - one on each floor. One of my favorite spots was the terrace, perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner. The beach is only a 3 min walk away. It is wide, clean, and almost empty. Mercadona is a 3 min drive away. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would recommend it.

The house is beautifully renovated, mixing modern design with the historic features. Enric is a fantastic host, and he made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. He was also very helpful and provided suggestions for what to do, and where to eat in Valencia. The property is clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and the wardrobes are large enough to fit anything you might bring along. The windows are not insulated, so there is some noise coming from outside, even if they are closed. However, Enric provided us with disposable earplugs, so the noise was not an issue. Every room is equipped with air conditioning units, the bathrooms have all the necessary toiletries (even sunscreen), and there is plenty of coffee and tea in the kitchen for the entire stay. The mosquitoes can be quite a nuisance, but there are mosquito repellent devices in each bedroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is 10 minutes away by foot. There are plenty of bus stops, restaurants, and small grocery stores nearby.

We were welcomed by Victor, who was great, helpful and friendly. The location was great for the beach, the science centre and other sites. Spotless, with all we needed during our stay, which unfortunately was too short. Buses we’re close buy as we’re places to eat.

Excellent location in Cabanyal. The house is close to the beach (5-7 mins walk). The neighbourhood is colourful, with a mix of tourists and locals. The house is very big and plenty of space. On the ground floor, there is an open kitchen, living room with a working space as well as a shower with a wc and standing shower. On the first floor, you have a master bedroom with a separate bathroom (wc and bathtub). The water pressure is less strong here than on the shower downstairs, but manageable for a quick shower. There is plenty of wardrobes and space for storage in the master unit. Then on the second floor you have a nice bright space for TV and the first terrace. There is also a balcony. Then from the first terrace, you have yet another open terrace is was great to enjoy in February. Overall, my stay was excellent. The house had all you needed (well equipped kitchen, sufficient towels, toilet paper). Sure, maybe some renovations here and there could be useful. But overall you feel comfortable and welcome. The host was easy to communicate with and flexible with the check in/out. I appreciated it a lot. If you choose Cabanyal, it is a great option to consider.
