It’s clean, quiet, and right on the beach. Staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful, and this place has one of the best values for price I’ve ever found.

This was a last minute booking, due to a change in our journey through Oregon. And what a lucky day when we did! This place is so beautiful, the setting is stunning, the room was perfect, Erin and the team were outstanding. The inn has private access to the beach and a terraced garden with wonderful views. You can enjoy a glass(or two) of complimentary local wine and just relax, breathe and really enjoy yourself. We had a fab walk to the Umpqua lighthouse after a great breakfast and checked out feeling this was a real highlight of our trip

Rooms were awesome, it was like a tiny studio apartment. Beds were super comfy and the shower was really nice and had consistent hot water. And they let me have my doggy with me :)

Bathroom was updated, bright and spacious. Room size was generous, parking was easy and breakfast was quite good, really enjoyed the waffles and coffee. I also liked that I could control the room temperature so it was cool for sleeping. Overall it was a good hotel, a pleasant stay!

I LOVED EVERYTHING about this property. Literally everything. I usually don’t expect such high quality from a summer, beachfront vacation spot but this place exceeded my expectations 100%. First of all, the whole place was spotless unexpectedly, SUPER SUPER CLEAN. Honestly, in my experience it was cleaner than some 5-star hotels. No exaggeration. The location is amazing! it’s right on the beach, and they have chairs on the balcony. We enjoyed our morning coffee, sunset, and wine out there. You can enjoy pretty much everything in and around the property famous restaurants, pubs, and cafes are all super close and within walking distance. My husband and I were so happy we found this place. my husband (who never says this) actually said, “We’ll 100% stay here again. Every time we visit, we’ll stay at Webb’s.” LOL. and clingy me, of course, left my wedding ring in the bathroom. I didn’t realize until after we’d checked out, but the incredibly kind owner kept it safe for me! I was this close to a panic attack. Overall, it’s a 10/10. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Every building had something crazy weird or amazing that made it such a unique and beautiful experience. I felt bad for leaving my kids but this place is just what we needed.
