All the girls and guys at the reception are kind, smiling and ready to help with anything you ask (I needed to visit a dentist for a broken tooth when I was there...). They speak good English. The second highlight is the garden, with beautiful plants and cozy seating, and a pool if you want to cool down. Breakfast is not included with the dorm bed, it's Rp 35k (sweet toast or omellette), included if you book a private room. If you are leaving early like we did for Borobudur, they will get up at 5am to make you a fresh breakfast to take with you. Coffee and tea is available the whole day, as well as water refill. The shower has warm water. There are also kitchen utensils, plates/cups if you want to prepare your own food. Book early, it is a popular place. I wanted to extend and they were booked, had to find another place nearby for my last night in Jogja. But the reception girls told me I can still come by to hang out in the garden, which I did! Great place.

What stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff. They were always helpful, warm, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a relaxing family or couples' vacation!

The staff is very nice and we also liked the food in the restaurant and the breakfast a lot! There are some cute cats and dogs. The room was very big, nice and clean.

Walking distance to Malioboro street. Good varied breakfast. Good wifi. Very nice pool. Friendly staff. The pizza is not bad at all. Recommend
