Friendly staff who met us with a smile and helped us with our luggage when checking in and out. Also the place is comfortable and clean and has a very good location; near the bus stop ,and there were many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It’s in a quiet area and we really enjoyed our stay . I definitely recommend this place!

Wenzhou wumajie all-weather hotel shamao river branch - located in the city center pedestrian street with breakfast coffee afternoon tea free laundry drying service free gym free daily necessities... Although this hotel is small, the location is excellent for everything you might want to do in the city - eating, shopping, site seeing. The staff, though only Chinese speaking, are all friendly and helpful and enthusiastic. The facilities and rooms are new and clean. Everything works. They have provided charging cables beside the bed. The TV is gigantic. The toilet and shower are smart. They have all the toiletries you need plus a few more. There was even a massage chair in the room. There is always water and tea and some snacks at the lobby the whole day. The breakfast is mainly Chinese that is well-prepared, but bread and butter and jam are also available. There is a small gym, and laundry room with a dryer but I didn't get to use it. This is an excellent hotel and really good value for the rate. The only caveat is that the staff don't speak any English. We managed because my husband speaks a little bit of Chinese. I say this as information and not a disadvantage. This town is still relatively for local tourists so I do understand why they don't have English speaking staff yet.

Jen 7,3 km odtud je Vlakové nádraží Hangzhou East Railway Station.... Staff were very helpful and patient. Also, the hotel looks extremely clean and new and room is spacious. Highly recommended.

Hangzhou XianQingShan Homestay Westlake se nachází v destinaci Chang-čou a poskytuje ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a klimatizací, zahradu a sdílený lounge. Very clean and convenient. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Our heater in the room has some issues on the first day of checking in. They immediately sent the repair man to fix it and also brought in a portable heater for us. I love the location, nearby has a row of shops for food even at night. Highly recommended! Love the vibes and hope to come and stay again in the near future!
