Kind and sweet owners who helped us with our late check ins and early checkouts, and even looked after our bags for us. Hotel is a lovely cute place right in the centre.

Vicente Costanera offers tasteful décor and is located right in front of Puerto Montt’s main square, which features plenty of souvenir shops and cafes. WiFi is free and superior rooms offer sea views.... We only stayed for a single night, after our filght arrived from Brazil and we were actually heading to Puerto Varas. The hotel is old (from 1958!) but very well maintained, with all areas looking as new, and with a very nice lobby. Very good breakfast and excellently well located, adjacent to the Plaza de Arms and the restaurant Fuente de Alí, very close to the big shopping mall Paseo Costanera and in front of the costanera of the city along the Pacific Ocean. When we arrived we were given complimentary drinks, which was a nice surprise. It’s also worth mentioning that the staff were very kind with my daughter and her husband, who arrived very early in the hotel in the other day, just to meet us, and were given access to the hotel premises.

This hotel is conveniently located just a few blocks from the bus station, though the walk involves going uphill. The elevated location offers lovely views from certain rooms and the breakfast area, which is situated on the top floor and features large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The hotel is also just a short walk from the town center, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, a shopping mall, and a cinema. The rooms are reasonably comfortable, but they could use some refurbishment. In my room, I noticed peeling wallpaper, some dampness, and water damage. On the plus side, the main bedroom and bathroom have good windows for ventilation. However, I would have appreciated having a fridge in the room. There is a water dispenser in the reception area, providing both hot and cold water, which is a nice touch. Reception is staffed 24/7, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Situated right on Puerto Chico Beach, facing Llanquihue Lake, Puerto Chico offers contemporary accommodation a 5-minute drive from downtown. The hotel location is good, with several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby (the Peruvian restaurant was specially great!). The room was very comfortable and Clean, Breakfast is good with a nice view from the lake.
