The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for our employee, which made the arrival very easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with options to suit many preferences. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. The spa was amazing . The rooms are extremely clean. I enjoyed their library. The dining restaurant is great in atmosphere and food. Very efficient and friendly staff .

The rooms were spacious, cozy and the view on the klcc was breathtaking. The staff were very responsive, respectful and friendly. The access to klcc was shorter then we thought.
