We found the accommodation incredible; everything was perfect. The location is very good, as if you don't want to go through the narrow streets of the medina, you can access it by going around the outside of the wall, which is very quick. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there; everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the service from our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many questions and issues.

Riad Amir had exceptional service from the minute you walk into the door. The Riad is located near the main road and is only a five minute walk to the blue gate. The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. The location is very good, since if you don't want to cross the alleys of the medina you can access by bordering the wall from the outside and you can get there very quickly. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there, everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the attention of our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many doubts and mishaps

I loved this place from the moment I booked. I was here for one night only but It was a very good experience. This Riad has many special touches. The staff at the Riad are outstanding. The communication before our stay with Hanae was excellent with details of airport pick up and how to get to the riad . We were guided the whole way. Then we were given details on how to navigate the city and tips of what not to do. The riad is centrally located. The rooms are lovely very private.We had our breakfast on the rooftop.

We had an amazing four-night stay in Riad, and from the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Upon check-in, we were greeted with refreshing mint tea and delicious homemade cookies – a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our stay. The accommodation was very clean, with fresh towels provided daily and beds neatly made each morning. Our booking included breakfast, and we were truly impressed with the variety and richness of the offerings each day – everything fresh and delicious. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool. It was clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long, hot day of exploring. The overall quiet atmosphere added to our comfort – the property is located in a dead-end street, which meant peaceful nights without city noise. Another thoughtful touch came on the day of our departure. Although we were leaving very early in the morning, before breakfast hours, the host kindly made sure we had something to eat before heading to the airport. This level of hospitality truly made a difference. Location-wise, the property is just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Riad’s connection to Medina, making it convenient for exploring or continuing your journey. All in all, this was a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay, with attentive hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We would absolutely stay here again.
