We stayed in the apartment at the ground floor with kitchenette - it was all we could ask for, kids liked playing in the garden, breakfast was good. Everything was great during my stay but a special shout out to all the hotel staff - at check in, breakfast (especially Sahar), room service, bar and reception (especially Hicham). Everyone went above and beyond to address and issues or concerns I had., and to accommodate all my needs. Hotel is very clean, convenient location and good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Florence.

Check-in was smooth, and they offered helpful information about nearby sights and dining options. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, blending traditional Tuscan charm with modern amenities. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with elegant furnishings and a lovely view of the river. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene garden area and the outdoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast was also a standout — a delicious selection of pastries, fresh fruit, and savory options, all served in a bright, airy room. Overall, Ville Sull’Arno is a fantastic place to stay for those looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and slightly more peaceful experience while visiting Florence. Highly recommended!
