The breakfast and lunch were absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The pools were spotless and so relaxing, and the entire property was beautifully maintained. The gardens and grounds are truly stunning. But what stood out most was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff—genuinely warm and thoughtful service that made the stay even more special.

Even before check-in, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive they messaged us with every detail, which made arrival smooth and stress-free. The room itself was absolutely perfect: beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better right near major tourist attractions and top shopping spots, yet still peaceful and relaxing. We genuinely loved everything about our stay. Rooms were clean and felt very luxurious, staff were very friendly and the location was perfect for 2 nights exploring Rome. The spa is a must if you can get a booking !

The breakfast staff—and honestly, every single member of the team—were exceptionally polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. There is absolutely nothing I would change about our stay. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, elegance, and outstanding service in the centre of Rome, this is it! Highly recommended!
