When our flight home was cancelled and rebooked 2 days later, we quickly searched for a 5 star hotel for 2 adults and 4 children. From the moment we arrived at the Radisson Palazzo Touring Club, we knew we made the right choice. The service at the hotel was nothing short of excellent. Smiling & helpful staff, unaware of our circumstances, made the check-in process one of our most memorable: offering ice cream to the kids and welcome drinks for my wife & I. We were then shown a map of Milan and given suggestions on places to visit. Our luggage was brought up to the room promptly and professionally, and the sofa bed was made up when we left the rooms for dinner, in a perfect scheduling. Our original room choices were on different floors, so they upgraded one of the rooms to place our family together. What can I say except the management of service at this hotel is done at such a high level, that it really made us appreciate being "stuck" in Milan for 2 nights. Thank you to all the hotel staff who made this a stay we will not soon forget 🙏🏻

A very modern and new hotel. Wonderful room and an exceptional breakfast. The dinner at the restaurant is not something you want to miss. Great choices and incredible taste. We enjoyed every dish immensely. Unfortunately, our second night, it was closed, but we went to their pizzeria in town center, and it was more than great also.

Ca' di Dio - VRetreats, an SLH Hotel se nachází v Benátkách a nabízí zahradu, bar a restauraci. After many trips to Italy over many years, this is my favourite city hotel by a long way. My fiancee and I stayed here for 2 nights after getting engaged before our arrival. All the staff were wonderful to deal with and helped make the trip extra special for us. Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to San Marco Basilica. The bedroom was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. The food and drink options in the hotel and the surrounding area were fantastic. We used the hotels complimentary transport to Murano and had a lovely time at the factory. Will definitely be back

The breakfast room was very nice with a great selection of sweet and savory items, including eggs prepared to your liking. Parking was easy and convenient.
