Situated on its own ghat, BrijRama Palace – A Heritage Hotel was built in the 18th Century and is considered as one of the oldest structures in Varanasi. I loved the palace itself. It was presented beautifully. The complimentary activities were a bonus. The spa services were fabulous. The restaurant was great. I loved the love sitar.playing and flute playing as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Trident Hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The hotel boasts lovely, well-maintained gardens that create a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff, from the doorman to the housekeeping team, were incredibly attentive, helpful, and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with great attention to detail that truly enhanced our comfort. The beautiful gardens and pool area provided a lovely setting to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I would like to give a special shout-out to Tina at the front desk and bartender Vivek, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their warm hospitality and personalized service made a significant difference. We also attended the wonderful Christmas gala dinner on Christmas Eve, which featured a tasteful and delicious spread of both Indian and Western cuisine. It was a delightful culinary experience that added to the festive spirit of our stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Trident Hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable getaway. I was looking for a nice and quiet place not very far for the week-end. I found Namaste Dwaar which is 2 hours away from Delhi. The hotel building itself is an incredible mixture between modernity and tradition (they made a great book to describe the building project). The team helped us to discover the various activities they have in the compound (Restaurants, Game room, Meditation, SPA, ayurvedic botanical garden, swimming pool, etc. including a 20 min tour in the surrounding fields and stargazing at night with an amazing telescope). Enjoyed the room (garden side) which was really quiet, spacious and nicely decorated. There is a place with many restaurants (including incredible South Indian restaurant) and small boutiques next to the hotel where you can spend few hours as well.

Almost everything.... we got an upgrade to suites, and it was a good decision... the room, pool, Bar and dining area were all well kept and clean. Service, check-in/out was smooth and effortless... wifi connection was available and with good speed.
