We chose this hotel mainly based on location and reviews — but what we discovered truly amazed us! This is a real paradise for children. Yes, parents are well taken care of too, but the main guests here are definitely the kids. Everything throughout the hotel is designed with children in mind: toy cars, play areas, drawing boards around every corner, a kids’ room, a special buffet at child height with a child-friendly menu, and a water park with zones for all ages. We only wish we had known about this place when our kids were younger. Of course, when you’re on holiday with kids, you’re still a parent — but this hotel makes life so much easier.

An extraordinary hotel — new, clean, elegant, and refined, located in the city center. Everything was wonderful; it's a pity we only stayed one night. We’ll definitely return someday.

Tento 4patrový hotel se nachází uprostřed 17hektarového pozemku nedaleko jezera Hévíz a nabízí tradiční hévízské procedury a kosmetický a kadeřnický salon. This was a return trip for us and Lotus Hotel never disappoints. Service was excellent, facilities amazing, with super clean pools, saubas and rooms, great food, and altogether, a very relaxed atmosphere. The beautiful town of Heviz is only 2 km away so we took early morning walks to the town and had out first coffee there. As a bonus, there is a litttle show every night at the hotel and some of the performers are fantastic. All in all, a memorable holiday! We shall return!

We had a 2-rooms apartment with separate baths and small kitchen in one of the rooms. We enjoyed common living room too. Hosts were helpful and nice. The lake was about 10 minutes away. We did not explore any cafes as we bout food in nearby Spar. Breakfast was not very abundant, but tasty and fresh.

Everything was AMAZING..Hotel Vinifera is truly an exceptional wellness hotel with outstanding services. The spa area has a lot to offer, many saunas, great pools, the breakfast was one of best we have ever had in such types of hotels. We have been to many hotels, but this one will stand for sure as one of our favourites.
