Genting Hotel is located within Resorts World Birmingham and is next to Birmingham Airport, the NEC Birmingham and Birmingham International Station. The room was comfortable, the decor was gorgeous, cleanliness was 10/10, the staff were professional, inviting and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant, we enjoyed a cocktail in the sky bar, the lift was quickly fixed after it wasn't in service, the foyer is stunning and the on site restaurants provided a nice variety of quality food, the spa was beautiful and the pool clean and well maintained, all the spa facilities were working properly and the touch of free drinks was lovely.

Enjoying a waterfront setting and overlooking the canal’s marina, Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill Dudley is set in the heart of the Black Country and offers rooms with on-site private parking subject to... The pool and spa facilities were great, the room was large and the beds comfy. We had dinner at the hotel and it was exceptional and breakfast was great too. We liked having a bath in the room. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations.

Hotel je luxusnější a dražší, čemuž ale odpovídá i kvalita služeb. Snídaně jsou bohaté a velmi dobré, postele široké a pohodlné, koberce a ručníky tlusté a měkké.. Na recepci byli prekvapivě chladní a odtažití, snídaňový personál byl naopak velmi profesionàlní a navíc i milý a pan u bazénu byl naprosto perfektní... Hezký je výhled z vyšších pater, lokalita i zařízení, pokoje jsou prostorné a dobře zařízené.

We were also lucky to meet a local guest, staying with his wife, who shared fascinating stories about the hotel’s rich history, bringing its legacy to life in a way that deepened our appreciation. Our room was a heavenly retreat, blending historic charm with modern comfort. The beautifully designed space, with its elegant furnishings and serene garden views, was a perfect haven for relaxation.

This independent and individual hotel has a restaurant with 2 AA Rosettes and a large adult fitness club with spa. The rooms include complimentary membership to the Fairlawns Gym. Immaculate but warm and welcoming.

On arrival, I sent a quick message and she immediately came out to greet me and direct me to where I could park, which was really helpful. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and had everything I could possibly need. I slept so well in a very comfortable bed, and the whole place was beautifully quiet. Although the property is on a residential estate in Nechells, don’t let that put you off, it’s a real hidden gem. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again without hesitation.

Everything was perfect if I had any complaint it was that I didn't find my bed comfortable,but everyone is different.
