Set in Aberfoyle, Macdonald Forest Hills Resort has a fitness centre. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. The resort has a terrace and a hot tub. I stayed at this resort with my family and it was even better than I expected. The apartment was very spacious, with a kitchenette and a bathroom that had a sauna – such a great surprise! The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We had a wonderful time.

Very nice hotel in a good area with an awesome view. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Walking distance from Stirling Castle and other attractions

Set in a traditional Scottish manor house within landscaped gardens, the Macdonald Inchyra Hotel & Spa is on the outskirts of Falkirk and Grangemouth. The spa and restaurant made for a lovely stay! The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful as we arrived on bikes. They allowed us to store our bikes in their back office. This allowed us to not worry about our bikes during our stay. The spa was especially lovely and we loved our massages. It was a beautiful experience.
