Except for one thing happened in the breakfast room where the manger there started screaming on me that i sat in a place that i should pay for . I politely smiled and told her if i need to pay i will pay but it’s not a great idea is to start screaming in front of everyone I don’t it was a good stay i loved the hotel but it wasn’t appropriate.

The property was expansive, exceptionally clean, full of like minded interesting and respectful people. I lived that they offered morning yoga five times a week and there were loads of families there so our daughter made a lot of friends which we all enjoyed. Lovely to have the pool and the ocean right there.

Staff polite and helpful. Beach is amazing especially for snorkeling. Right next to it is a small secluded beach Cala Carbo is a true gem. There is a market right next to the hotel. For the evenings it is preferable to have a car because the place has a limited number of restaurants and it is pretty quiet. We used the car to go to port de Polenca, the old town and Alcudia which are amazing and only a short drive away.

Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites & Spa is one of the most charismatic hotels in the Grupotel Hotels & Resorts chain. Stravování formou polopenze bylo naprosto dostačující - ranní i večerní bufety byly ohromné, vždy byl dostatečně široký výběr a vše bylo bleskově doplňováno. Hotel byl čistý, luxusně vybavený. Personál se choval velice mile a nápomocně. Toto byl můj první hotel, kde jsem si mohla užít opravdu pohodlné matrace a kvalitní lůžkoviny.
