Zažijte dokonalou relaxaci v ubytování Retro Riverside Wellness Resort. Our children selected this place to celebrate my birthday. They couldn't have found a better place. The hotel is truly amazing. The location, out of town and close to the river, is beautiful. Everything speaks RELAX. The views either from the restaurant or from the room, the pool, and the SPA set the environment for a great stay. The staff, especially Sonya and the General Manager are very welcoming, always there to help, and very hospitable. Upon reception, Sonya was ready to support our needs, she made sure that our room would be ready even if we arrived a little bit earlier and offered a welcome drink while we waited. She also provided an overview of the facilities and instructions on how to use the SPA. She gave us directions to town, where to park, and places to visit. The room is beyond expectations, spacious, with a view of the river, and spotless. King-size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. A safe also that will be part of another story :) We enjoyed the SPA. There are 5 different types of saunas, well-prepared, and clean: Jacuzzi and pool. Massage service is in place. Now the Safe story. We had such a wonderful time and felt so relaxed that even though we always checked the room to avoid leaving anything behind, on this occasion we left our passports. We realized upon arrival at the airport, 2 hours away. After the shocking find, we called the hotel and both reception and the general manager took immediate care of the incident. They found our passports, negotiated transport, and in less than 2 hours we had our passports back. Talking with the general manager, the quick support we received kept our holidays still on track. What could have been a nightmare was a quick fixable event thanks to them. Muchas gracias from Costa Rica.

Carlsbad Plaza je luxusní lázeňský a wellness hotel situovaný v klidné lázeňské zóně v Karlových Varech, 600 metrů od slavné Vřídelní kolonády. The staff at the reception and the medical were very pleasant and very helpful

Působivý Grandhotel Pupp má tradici od roku 1701 a nachází se v historickém centru Karlových Varů, 300 metrů od lázeňské kolonády, a nabízí prostorné pokoje a apartmá, restauraci a exkluzivní wellness... Everything went so perfectly that I wish we had stayed longer in Karlovy Vary. The city itself is beautiful and the hotel is magical. The staff was great, the restaurant and bar were great as well. and to top it off, a very comfortable bedroom.

We had such a great time staying here! George, the host, was super kind and helpful – he really made us feel at home and gave us some great tips during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect – close to everything, but still nice and quiet. Our room was big, comfy, and really clean – exactly what we needed to relax. Also, the food was amazing! Everything we tried was so tasty – we looked forward to every meal. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again to George and the team!
