The facilities were spotless and the staff were so helpful! We stayed in a studio and it was set up so well. There was a good amount of storage, a very comfy bed and a banquette with a table for sitting and eating. Both sides of the bed had usb ports plus outlets. The kitchenette had everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher and washing machine. Lastly the bathroom was very spacious and had a great shower. The location is slightly outside the city center but the trams are right there and a transportation pass is included. Restaurants and grocery stores were in the same complex as the hotel.
