The spa is also small, but the first day we were the only ones there and it was perfect. The staff is also very nice.

Amazing place, truly one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever seen. The style is that of a Las Vegas hotel, with rich decorations, themed rooms and halls, multiple works of art on diplay (most of them can be purchased) even in rooms. Large rooms, large bathrooms all amenities functional, most of the staff capable of speaking English. The hotel is a most unlikely appearance for such a small provincial town in the northern ( less developed) part of Bulgaria. I think it serves a starting ground for many guided tour activities to the amazing neighboring natural area of the Prohodna Cave. It serves thus, mainly groups of wealthy foreign tourists. The spa area is also nice. The parking area is sufficient. I only stayed here for one night as a rest stop on our returning route from Greece, but I'll be coming back for sure.

Lovely house with big bedrooms in a quiet area close to the river. Felt like at home with well stocked essentials like sunflower oil, napkins, cups, 4 coffee capsules, etc. The TV was smart with YouTube, Netflix, etc. and the WiFi worked well in all rooms. There were occasional cats visiting us while we were sitting outside but they were very cute and seemed domesticated and fun to play with for a few minutes. They contributed to the feeling at home. The path up the road goes into the mountains and was a great 1.5 hours 6km walk (there and back) which was not very steep, just perfect for a short hike by the river in great scenery (we even saw 3 wil deer twice each time we went for a walk!). Everything was very clean and there were leaflets with great recommendations on what sights you can visit within 2 hours drive. The heating was turned on so the whole house was warm and cozy when we got there. They also let us leave a few hours later since the house was not occupied on the following day. We didn't light the fireplace but there was plenty of wood chopped and ready to use, if needed. The introductory message sent by the host made me tear up a bit with the amazingly well poetically written ideas/narrative on disconnecting, lighting the fireplace and truly enjoying the house and the surrounding nature. Will definitely come back when the weather is warmer to test the barbeque outside and the green scenery.

I liked the most the delightful view of the river from my room's window. The rooms were not only clean but also incredibly cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were polite. The outdoor pool was a fantastic amenity that added to the enjoyment of my visit. For those seeking relaxation, the hotel offered a small yet exceptionally cozy relaxing zone and sauna. It featured a large window with a serene view of the river. While the food selection may not have been extensive, the quality was undeniable. Each meal was tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients. Overall, the hotel provided a wonderful retreat with its combination of comfort, service, and delightful views.

Beli Osum’s Ostrova Holiday Village má restauraci s kuchařem, který připravuje pokrmy bulharské a mezinárodní kuchyně. Má také venkovní sezónní bazén a krytý bazén. It was peaceful and quiet. Nice spa facilities. Not overcrowded. I had very good massage. Good breakfast and dinner selection. Not expensive wine list. Good surprise! We’ll go again!

Park Hotel Fairy se nachází 3 km od centra letoviska Chiflik a je obklopen zalesněnými svahy. Nabízí venkovní a krytý bazén s termální vodou a širokou škálu lázeňských zařízení. It is a place which we know 20 years from 2006-2007. It is a very nice place, very clean, very quait. The meals were super. In one evening because we were some people they served at table, and they write the menu in romanian. Very nice thing. We were impresionated.
