The hotel was in a great location—just a 20-minute walk to Taksim, 5 minutes to Galata Tower, and a short train ride to Hagia Sophia. The metro was also very close, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind, especially Ugur and the rest of the team, who helped us with everything. My only small complaint is that our room wasn’t cleaned once during our 3-day stay. I’m not sure if we missed something or if it was just bad luck.

Great location and great hospitality. They helped right from the get go with assisting with shuttle services to and from airport. It was raining quite a bit during our stay and they helped out with umbrellas. The staff always went above and beyond helping us enjoy our stay.

The design, layout, restaurant areas, cleanliness, style. All very well thought of and created a very elegant atmosphere. We stayed here with our parents. We thoroughly enjoyed our interactions with the staff who were positive, helpful, happy, attentive, and gone beyond what is expected of hotel crew. Our special thanks to Yakup (super helpful from start to finish), Samet (service with a smile and his positive energy was greatly appreciated!), Valeria (genuine interest and desire to make our stay a perfect one!), Volkan (again great help and positive experience, fantastic people skills!), Ibrahim (what a great restaurant service! incredibly attentive!)
