Our room was roomy and enough to accommodate 5 people. We asked for an extra bed which was no problem. The location is very nice, easy and convenient to get to Greenbelt and other shopping centres. We felt safe and looked after. The staff was AMAZING! They couldnt do enough for us and always had a smile on their faces. So far the best hotel I have stayed in, the service, room, food, facilities, and staff are impeccable! Thank you for making our stay in Manila memorable.

I will start with the best part… the STAFF. They are very friendly and attentive. I was very satisfied with the service, from the people at the door, the front desk to the crew at the lounge bar and the dining room. They would go out of their way to make sure you have what you need. It is a brand new hotel so as expected everything is sparkling and shiny. It does not have the grand feel of other hotels like the Shangri-La with its massive chandeliers but Westin Manila suits me better. It has a classy and simple elegance about it. I love the overall organic look and feel of the interior, it reminds me of Scandinavian hotels. I also love the art pieces in the lobby. That BenCab painting and the glass piano sculpture did not go unnoticed. It’s a good place to stay at if you’re on a business trip around the Ortigas area. We were on a leisure trip and meeting friends around there and also in Quezon City. So it was convenient and we didn’t have to sit long in traffic. If you’re deciding whether to get the breakfast with your booking, take it! They have a good and delicious selection of Filipino and western food. The shopping malls Edsa Shangri-La, SM Megamall, and The Podium (all walking distance from the hotel) have a variety of dining options but they only open from 10am.

Got upgraded to an amazing suite (1001), staff was super friendly & helpful, food was top notch! Had afternoon tea in the Writers Lounge and it was excellent too. The Mistral bar on the 10th floor is very breezy and a col place to watch the sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer, unfortunately the spa was fully booked but would have loved to try it! Definitely the best place we stayed at during our 10 day trip!

The room is spacious, bright, and comfortable, especially the carpet and sofa, which are very comfortable. There is a seating area on the balcony, and the view of Okada from the balcony is beautiful. I would recommend this room to my friends and colleagues, and I would book this room again.

The location is in Makati, near 2 big malls. My room quite spacious, the breakfast buffet & dinner buffet was very good. For 5 stars hotel, $200/night include breakfast is good deal. I ended up extend 1 more nights.

Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. It varied in cuisine (Indian, Continental, and Filipino) and offered quite a number of different viands, both sweet and savory. Bacon was tasty and crispy, and the staff made sure that all items in the buffet were well-stocked. The massage at Conrad Spa was one of the best I've ever had (my family and I had the Relaxer) and I came out of it so well-rested and refreshed. The bathroom was clean and the provided toiletries smelled nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient to shoppers like us!

I didn;t include breakfast in my reservation, but the room was so comfortable and spacious. It made me feel so comfortable, It's home away from home. I will recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy a real relaxation away from home. The property is just 3 minutes walk to the magnificent Mall of Asia. You can enjoy a good dinner at Manila Bay at the night city which is 8 minutes walk away.

Breakfast and staffs were nice. Although there was no clear guide of menu at Spa, their massage was nice. Location is convenient for a small walk and some restaurants, but full of traffic if you try to move by a car

Location is good, less than 2km to Greenbelt shopping center and indie bars in Poblacion, and a quick taxi ride to BGC. Buffet breakfast is filling with a nice international selection. Check in and out is efficient. Also booked a massage and their spa is world class! There is a quiet relaxation corner in the spa filled with lazyboy couches that is free for hotel guests to use. I enjoyed winding down their with the selection of free teas.
