I loved the big rooms and ammenities. The staff were super helpful, Ayesha and Shantanu from the helpdesk, our drivers Prince en Tajamul were exceptional. They knew a lot about the history, things to do or see or to eat and they provided us with a lot of tips and knowledge. The hotel itself is gorgeous as well with the staff receiving you warmly, in the morning there is a flutist playing as you get your breakfast and in the evening you can lounge by the pool. It is close enough to everything in Lucknow but also a bit secluded so you can get the rest you need after a long day.

The hotel staff were fantastic, the most memorable were Rajat , Sailesh, Puruendra (all 3 from dining), Ariff (5th floor House Keeping), Satish Kumar, Arvind and Ram (from Security and car services) and Manish (front desk concierge). Satish was our expert driver and accommodating to our needs; he was very trustworthy. The ability to hire the car and driver was ideal. the breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic. A very nice hotel just a 5 min ride from the trainstation. It is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffé was very good, they even make you fresh omelett. You will find the metro just a 2 min walk from the Hotell.
