Amazing place to stay. All facilities were new and of good quality. The staff were excellent. We should have booked for 2 nights! The resort has the old renovated bungalows that we stayed in and new pool and separate villas. Great. This place is 2000+m above sea level, so it was refreshingly cool.

We had a great experience, and the hotel was courteous enough to give us a free upgrade of our rooms. All the staff were very friendly. The food was really good and we had a lot of options to choose from. The facilities in the hotel, the park, the birds and animals, and the falls view on the backyard are a real standout experience.
