the staff at the reception- Anmol in specific knew every detail, super quick and was very thorough in every detail of the check in! Manager at the breakfast lounge was superb along with the chefs they put in all efforts everyday to take care of my Vegan son! Being in Punjab a rather difficult task! Not to mention the so very well designed and tastefully done hotel! It’s only under a year old and the suite room is just fabulous, once of the best I have seen all around the world! KOYO KOYO restaurant - was just Wow for pan Asian food!

This is an old fashioned 5-star with 6-star service. Shoutout to Manager Bhupendre from the front desk, Praveen and others from guest services, Rahul, Paras and the managers from dining...we have been welcomed into the hotel, so well looked after, we cherish our stay here. Oh, and the food...out of this world tastes, try the Malai Kofta and Chole, you won't regret it.
