Exceptional staff makes every stay exceptional. Quality of food and taste is extraordinary! Mayur noticed redness in my eye while serving food and helped with medicine. Wow! Other F&B and Kichen staff were equally good. I've stayed in Radisson at Goregaon in Mumbai where House Keeping staff stole my Armani belt & Clarks shoes and whole stay was filled with negative experiences with food, front office attitude issues but Radisson Alibagh was superb in every sense. I had met Mr. Kapoor who was the GM here during my 1st stay in summers of 2023 along with the Head and his Sous Chef. Because of their people management skills, Radisson Alibagh has set the right team culture.

The Host , they were personally present at the property, very welcoming, polite , enthu , caring , thy see to it that you are at utmost comfortable right from journey , stay , food . special Requirment. Fooood is soo liciously amazing…❤️❤️❤️ The property has limited rooms so it quite pleasant and not much people , you njoy your time.

Amazing landscape. Beautiful serene amidst nature. Lot many huge greenery. V v clean. Nicely maintained. V polite staff. All staff housekeeping ,buffet bfast ,terra restaurant and everywhere staff- v polite courteous and helpful. No arrogance. All in all we give as family had v great time. I shall give 10/10. अप्रतिम!
