We like the location that we could walk to the lake and enjoy the view over the water. It was also very touching to see the amazing staff and the heart that they showed to the elder residents who live there.

L’hotel è in posizione ottima per visitare la città a piedi. Le camere pulite, ordinate e il personale gentile. All’accoglienza hanno dato un piccolo gift per il mio cagnolino e in camera hanno fatto trovare ciotole e cuccia per il cane. Massima attenzione al cliente. Sicuramente hotel da consigliare per un soggiorno a Zurigo

This place is truly a gem. Only a 30 minute train ride from Zurich airport, in a fascinating section of old-town Horgen. The building, from 1466, has been nicely restored, and the accommodations were great. The restaurant is exceptional - wonderful dinner and the best breakfast we had in our four weeks in Switzerland. Sabrina and Pascal (and the rest of the staff) are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very highly recommended.
