The staff, the environment, the building, the rooms, the restaurant. If you decide to go here it is worth trying to book one of the restaurants in the train carriage. We went to 1928 and it was fantastic. The rooms are really lovely with great views of the Pyrenees. The bathroom was excellent with all the facilities you could need. Breakfast was great with a buffet but also items you could order from a menu as well. Amazing stay.

Stunning views out to the mountains. Warm and cozy apartment, great for a family of four. Useful little terrace, Staff very friendly and good cheap breakfast. Good bar. Amazing we could use the spa just for us by booking a time slot. Went every night, we all loved it! Internet could be a little better but not important when you are surrounded by beautiful nature. We had the great pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel. From the very first moment, the staff was incredibly kind and professional – they explained everything thoroughly and made us feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. A cozy bed, and a breathtaking mountain view made my stay an absolute delight. The entire atmosphere of the hotel, the excellent service, and the stunning surroundings make this a place I will definitely want to return to. I highly recommend it!
