Very responsive owners, nice spa, we got two free drinks for a restaurant next door and... Something rare in Switzerland in my view (and I am a Swiss person), owners are actually genuinely trying to help and do not make a face when you speak English to them... I did not feel I was bothering when asking for smth, which again, is rare in Swiss hotel family owned... Refreshing :-)

The apartment is lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable. Everything is very well maintained and the garden is exceptional. The hosts are really friendly and are attentive to everything you may need. The room was gorgeous, spacious and beautifully decorated. Everything is new and furnished with great taste. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, the staff is very kind and attentive. I also ate at the restaurant one evening, the food was excellent and the atmosphere very cozy. Great place to explore the Zermatt area.

Everything was great! Staff is super friendly, even though we didnt speak the same languages at all they made all efforts possible to communicate with us. All of them were very friendly and thoughtful. Its a great price for the location and the views are amazing. Zero regrets. Its not the easiest to find but just go until the very top of the mountain and its there :)

Situated in the centre of Grächen, Hotel Walliserhof - The Dom Collection is just 150 metres from the ski lifts to Hannigalp. It offers a wellness centre and a restaurant with a south-facing terrace.

Love the authenticity and real Swiss culture, food, atmosphere and hospitality. The restaurant was excellent and we had a full Swiss experience with traditional food, live music and cheerful guests and staff 10 out of 10!
