We love everything about this place. We've stayed in 3 different of the cabins including a 2 story home. They're all a little different but all awesome. The staff is incredible. Very friendly, always smiling, always ready to help you. The facility is awesome and the cabin are great. But its the staff that makes you wanna keep coming back. A couple of them dont speak English very well but use a chinese to english translator on their phone. Which to me is awesome. Just be patient with the app. The location is great. Just a couple blocks up from the village. You can easily walk there. We highly recommend this place and cant wait to come back and stay even longer.

We stayed at Tim and Teresa’s place for one night during a roadtrip, but we really wished our stay was longer. We arrived at the property a bit late, and Teresa and her lovely dog Puck welcomed us with extreme kindness and home backed cookies (thank you Tim!) and fresh strawberries. The house was lovely, with a splendid view of the river and since we were the only guests that night, we were given a bigger room with an en-suite bathroom. The room was big and comfortable, there was WiFi, toiletries and everything necessary. We were also given coffee and cookies for the road in the morning. We really recommend Kings River Reflections and we wish Teresa and Tim all the best! Thanks again!

We LOVED our suite at the Cactai! Structure is exquisitely well designed and maintained, lots of love and care in every detail. We regret only staying one night, the suite had everything for a longer stay. The place is so well designed, it’s a mid century modern paradise. We will definitely stay here again!

Free parking, wonderful location right in the heart of SB and walking distance to restaurants, beach etc. The rooms were really spacious and very clean with great bathroom facilities and ability to connect to Netflix etc. on the tv. Gorgeous rooftop, it was a bit cold when we stayed so we didn't make the most of this but can imagine it is beautiful in the summer months

Capitol Records Building se nachází 800 metrů daleko a Dolby Theater 2,3 km.... 2 dny před našim odletem začaly velké požáry v LA. Po několika telefonátech s ambasádou, přáteli, kteří bydlí v LA nám nebylo doporučeno vycestovat a to z důvodu znečištěného ovzduší, které bylo kontaminováno zplodinami z hořících budov. Podle majitele ubytovacího zařízení se v LA nic nedělo. Modré nebe, život jde dál. Jakožto turisté jsme chtěli cestovat a ne zůstat jen na pokoji. Majitel neměl sebemenší zájem o to, aby nám vrátil peníze, ať formou vocheru na další pobyt, poměrnou částku, slevu. Cokoliv. Nedoporučuji ne kvůli ubytování, ale kvůli absolutně žádné empatii majitele.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The outdoor space is truly a highlight — spacious, well-maintained, and featuring excellent and fully functional grills that made cooking outdoors a breeze. Enjoying a meal with the stunning view of Mount Shasta in the background was unforgettable. Inside, the home is clean and spacious and gives off a warm, cozy, and homy atmosphere. The fireplace added the perfect touch of comfort, and the bathtub was a great way to unwind after a day of hiking or exploring. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this place strikes the perfect balance. I would absolutely stay here again!

We can only confirm what other reviews are mentioning as well and rate this stay as exceptionnal. We had booked this stay as a sleepover on the way to Sequoia NP and didn't pay a lot of attention to the details or reviews, and only realized that this is a homestay when we arrived. We immediately felt welcome in Rosi and Carlos' home. Even though we only spent a night we loved it and had a great time/fun and conversations with Rosi and the other couple that was staying there. Rosi's hospitality is remarkable, she really goes out of her way to make her guests feel at home. Can definitely recommend. Also, accomodation was perfect and clean, the bed was VERY comfortable! Thanks once again Rosi and Carlos, wish you all the best and we hope to be able to stay over again one day!
