This wasn’t my first stay at the hotel, and it continues to hold a special place for my family — especially my 3-year-old son, who affectionately calls it “our home.” It’s always been a comfortable and familiar place for us. This time, however, there was a slight issue with the room — a faint but noticeable smell that I couldn’t quite identify. I’m not sure if it contributed to my seasonal allergy symptoms, but it was a minor inconvenience during an otherwise pleasant stay. Overall, everything else was great and up to the usual standard. One small suggestion would be to see a bit more warmth and smiles from the staff, which would make the experience feel even more welcoming. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Nastanitev Graz 1464, Old City Center Apartments na priročni lokaciji v središču mesta Gradec, v neposredni bližini znamenitosti Dvorec Grazer Landhaus, Stolp Glockenspiel in Katedrala in mavzolej,... The flat was very clean and spacious. There is no elevator (building is historical and there is no possibility to install the elevator) but it wasn’t a problem for us. Because of the same reason as elevator there is no airconditioner but there is very good, modern fan. There was very nice surprise of two cold bottles off water and two of coca-cola. The contact with the owner was excellent and the whole staying was great! The location was perfect - right next to the old town.
