I must commend the hotel owners for their exceptional service throughout my stay. They were always polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The hotel's breakfast offerings were truly impressive. This may be a long review as we liked a lot of things. So, if you came to Santorini for night life, you can stop here. We came the whole family, parents and two daughters. That is why we looked for a beach front, two bedrooms apartments. And Dimitrios' house was exactly what we were looking for. And it was much more. The bedrooms are at first floor with their bathroom with shower. Both have the air conditioning that can run in any conditions (no key or open window restrictions - so be careful not to leave it open). Both bedrooms have plenty of space in the cupboards, the smaller one may be a little too small, but it was more than enough for our daughters. The crown of the first floor is the balcony on the bigger bedroom with straight view to the see. Seeing the sunrise in our first morning was priceless. The ground floor has a very well equipped kitchen, the only thing someone would miss is the microwave. It has its own bathroom, also with shower, so we could have a good split when coming from the beach. The living room is very spacious, here you can eat your breakfast or any other meal you ordered or prepared. The TV is a smart one, and you can enjoy several known movie applications. We were surprised by several book available in the living room but we were prepared for that from home. In front of the entrance, there is a small terrace, with a small table, two chairs and a cocoon where you can relax in the evening. At 20m from the house you can go to a small beach with three trees to get some shade. At about 50m from shore there is a stone barrier that stops the waves, and create a small area where kids can have a lot of fun (not very deep water). After the stone barrier you can go into the see, and, if there are no big waves, you can enjoy the swimming. It last for us only first two days, then it was too windy and wavy. I am out of possible words here so I will continue in "what didn't you like" ===

Great location. It's only 20 minutes away from the capital, easy to get around by bus or rental. Peaceful and relaxing time. Host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with for any questions or advice. Pool cleaner Ben really nice guy, gave us tips on places to go and eat out. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday then would definitely recommend.

Very very close to the beach. No big wave, very clear water, and it's quite shallow, good for children. You can enjoy the sun rise in the apartment, from window or balcony. Young children can enjoy watching the plane landing and take off. You can see a blue dome church from the beach. We discovered a cave house near by and groups of little fish by the rocks. Close to Karmari by car. Lots of restaurant in Karmari. Nice place for a family.Very very close to the bus stop, but not many bus. If you are planning to hire a car, choose Anna's villa. Anna help us to hire a car, no deposit, full insurance with low excess fee. You can choose the basic insurance that's cheaper. But I chose the full one as it's my first time driving there. Car hire company collect us from the airport and pass the car. Our return flight in the early morning, just 4 min by car to the airport, park the car at the airport car park and leave the car key under the driver carpet. So smooth. Thank you very much again Anna!

The villa itself is great, looks new and clean and the view is amazing, right at the sea. We stayed as a group of 6 and it was very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, but no one was complaining about the noise either, as we were on a girls trip. The swimming pool and beach beds were great and we even used the bbq. I also really liked the treatment that we received from the staff. We had food in our fridge just in case we had nothing to eat on the first day. The cleaning was always on time and the host was always online and happy to help with any questions. He also booked taxis and gave recommendations if needed. Thank you for that

    If you want a perfect vacation, choose SEASIDE SERENITY HOUSE in Santorini, by the beach!!! You will meet the host, Maria, a lovely lady, she helped us with everything(catamaran trip, restaurants recommendation), she made our stay even better.The house it'a a gem, brand new construction, comfortable bed, Miele appliances in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, from the house you just step in the sea water.     Dimitri was very friendly host and he did offered and picked us from Airport as the house is very close to Airport. House was very clean and had all amenities (Kitchen, Hairdryer, Bathroom towels, Soaps, TV to name a few) but it was little small for us all as we were five. Dimitri also provided us extra time to check out as we had flight late in evening. Overall very good and decent host.

    Anna’s Villa was great value for money. The bedrooms were spacious and clean with a big kitchen and living area. We liked the location. It is very close to a beach which has soft black sand. We swam in the water. Also the area has 3 good, value for money restaurants close by. It’s obviously not in the very touristy areas of Santorini but everywhere is easy to reach due to the bus network. The buses are amazing cheap (1.6€) and air conditioned).

    This property is very clean and very well maintained and the villa is so beautiful and it has kitchen vessels to cook if needed ..Both the owners are so friendly and are helpful.This is so neat to bus stop just 5 min walk ..Beach is also 5 min walk…Swimming pool is so good…I should mention the breakfast awesome one….

    everything was perfect for us. we suddenly decide to fly to Santorini and our arrival was midnight due to delays but owner arrange our taxi and waited for us welcome. breakfast was so nice and bed and room was so comfortable and hot shower makes us so relax. and there was free big mineral water and with kitchen so we could make hot tea anytime. next day my wife was little bit feel bad he let us arrange rent car instead of taxi and so that we could drive to next location without any moving with lots of luggage.

    It is excellent, modern and well furnished apartament with swimming pool. Architecture is just amazing, beautiful swimming pool with lights. Food was delicious with different kinds of kitchen. The host is very kind and nice, there is also opportunity to rent a car at the place.
