What a beautiful Ryokan in the middle of the lush forest. Both the public and private onsens are fantastic, and guests can book different private baths at no extra charge. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful—when we arrived too late for dinner at the property, the front desk clerk kindly assisted us in suggesting an reserving at a nearby restaurant. Our room was spacious and nicely designed, featuring tatami flooring, low Japanese beds, and a balcony with serene forest views. We truly loved every aspect of our stay. Before departing, we enjoyed a delicious Japanese breakfast.

Overlooking Kagoshima Bay, Hakusuikan boasts an outdoor pool and a variety of spacious indoor/outdoor hot-spring baths, including a Sunamushi sand hot-spring. It had a calm and relaxing atmosphere that allowed me to unwind and disconnect from the outside world. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and the multi-course dinners were presented with stunning detail and tasted amazing.

Absolutely magical place, hidden in a mountain valley, surrounded by lush forest. The rooms look directly onto the river and are very generously spaced. Sadly we were only there for one night. Big mistake, it feels like you could spend an eternity there.

The rooms look out to the sea, tide pools, and Kaimondake.This is our second time to stay at Iseebisou and we love it.

Featuring open-air hot spring baths and a sauna, Fufurotenburonoyado Ginsyou is located a 4-minute drive from Ibusuki Station. Beautiful hotel that conveyed the essence of the culture and the layout of the room was perfect. Staff was amazing and hospitable. We selected the breakfast to be included and it exceeded our expectations. It made our experience!
