Fresh tatami floors in our room and everything was well maintained or new. Friendly helpful staff. Good location - in the heart of the village and a short walk to Yu-road travelator to Hikage gondola (you can leave your ski gear overnight at the ski hire places there, so a bit of a walk to the ryokan is fine).
