Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

I stayed here as I was competing in a local trail race, Estrela Grande Trail, and it was perfect. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular, Rafael. All meals and the breskfast were great each day.

We stayed here for a week with the whole family, and it was absolutely wonderful! Patricia and her assistant were amazing – so warm, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. The pool is stunning, with an incredible view, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. There were games and activities for both kids and adults, and every little detail in the place was thoughtfully designed. The atmosphere, the decor, the peaceful surroundings – everything made our stay truly special. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to coming back!

Casa do Telheiro se nachází v destinaci Sabugueiro a má vybavení pro grilování, nekuřácké ubytování a bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách. Jen 20 km odtud je Přírodní park Serra da Estrela. Krásné, velmi dobře vybavené ubytování. Sdílená kuchyň byla výhodou.

This is an exceptional place to stay and one of the best on our one month trip in Portugal. Elsa treated us like family, the home is exceptionally clean with the most beautiful photo art of this gorgeous area. The breakfast is all homemade food with delicious baking and meat and local cheese, it’s just excellent. We really loved the room with beautiful wool blankets from the area, the fine touches are impressive. We slept so well as it’s so peaceful and comfortable. This was also one of our favourite areas to visit as very authentic and non touristy , lovely little mountain town. Elsa provided a lot of input on great places to eat, hike and enjoy. Elsa has great passion for her work and gives her whole heart to running this lovely place.

Encosta da Serra se nachází v destinaci Sabugueiro a poskytuje bar, bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. I liked everything: the room, the furniture, the central heating, the bathroom, the cleanliness, the mattress, the welcome (free) tea / coffee, the decoration, the breakfast (not included but with great food for a fabulous price), and the sympathy and availability of the staff.
