If there were any flaws, the staffs Nadir, Omar & lady chef N compensated them all. The staffs were gems!! Very helpful, very pleasant and polite. The riad was just like what we imagine, beautiful! location was not too deep into the Medina, easily reachable via Bab Boujloud and the Batha post. Our room was on the top floor, next to the terrace and the rooftop seating. Bathroom with bidet for the toilet is a rare finding!! Dinner we had was fantastic and breakfast were nice and varies everyday, still traditional and adequate portion.

We had a lovely stay at Dar Bensouda, a beautifully refurbished traditional riad that perfectly blends authenticity with comfort. The property is an old house thoughtfully transformed into charming accommodation, preserving its architectural heritage while offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the medina. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, a pretty cold pool but fine for us to cool off in the heath, amazing breakfast! Can only recommend this place!

Situated in the Fes El Bali district in Fès, 2.2 km from Royal Palace Fes, Dar Seffarine boasts a restaurant and free WiFi. Certain units feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. Had an outstanding stay at Dar Seffarine. The Riad is stunning with beautiful antique features where ever you look and an amazing sunny rooftop terrace with view. The staff are also a joy - welcoming and helpful...and the food was the best we ate in Fes. Really couldn't fault anything.

Offering a barbecue and spa centre, Riad Amor - Suite & Spa is set in the Fes El Bali district in Fès, 1.5 km from Royal Palace Fes. The best thing about this Riad is the people. The staff is great. I got sick while I was staying there and one of the staff brought me medicine, a bottle of water and some grapes. The breakfast looked pretty good but I wasn't able to enjoy it being sick. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the entire place was very clean.

The riad provides the epitome of the Moroccan traditional experience. The decor is nicley chosen and exceptionally beautiful. The room was clean and well prepared for our stay. The staff was incredibly helpful and delightful to talk to especially Yassine and Mohammed.

Set in the Fes El Bali district in Fès, Riad Sabah boasts a restaurant and free WiFi in all areas. There is a 24-hour front desk at the property. Absolutely amazing Riad, located very close to tala kebira and the blue gate, right where you want to be inside Fes medina but close to the gate. Really good value for price paid, good breakfast, quiet and spacious room with powerful A/C. A special mention goes to the staff, in particular to Lahcen, who went above and beyond to make our stay friendlier. He gave us several tips on the area, even booked a local restaurant on the phone on our behalf. Will definitely stay in Riad Sabah whenever we return to Fes.

The location was perfect. In the Medina but just a little - you won’t get lost getting there and can be dropped off close by Taxi. This side of the Medina was also nicer than others. The room was beautifully adorned, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop terrace has incredible views of the city, the mountains, and even part of new town Fes. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. If I ever return to Fes, this is the only place i would stay.

We had booked economy and were upgraded to a very spacious room with air conditioning. The breakfast included freshly made bread and fruit - it was delicious. Everything about the Dar was wonderful, including the location. We took a taxi to the closest taxi stand outside the Medina and had a luggage carrier take us to the Dar. I recommend doing that, because the winding paths of the Souk can be quite confusing at first.
