Nice location. Clean. Everything you need in the room…coffee, tea , water …easy to reach from the airport ( max 10 min walk ). The owner was very helpful and ready to help all the time. Breakfast was ok and the coffee…as in Italy…perfect .

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The position of the b&b is really good, since it is very near the station (so we could easily do some day trips), located on a nice shopping street and the tower is about 15 mins walk. The owner Flavia is very friendly, she prepared for us a very good breakfast on a terrace and helped us (e.g. to look for a doctor for my son). The room was also very clean and comfortable. We appreciated that there was a small kitchen in our room, so we could have snacks there without problems.

Perfect location, only 5 min walking distance from the leaning tower. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom clean, looks newly remodelled. Anna-Lisa was the best host, helpful, kind, always ready to do extra to make sure her guests have a pleasant stay. This was truly one of the best B&Bs we have stayed in.

Lovely place with very friendly owners! Gourgeus breakfast buffet. Spacious room. We arrived late in the evening but where able to have a nice meal at the close by Birreria. Walking distance to shopping and central train station.
