The staff is phenominal. My mom celebrated her 70th bday and Adyl organized the most perfect (and delicious) cake for the 2 of us. She felt so special and loved. We also had a bit of a luggage mix up and Adyl handled everything with speed, grace, and generosity. I was blown away by the high quality service. We had an very good time at the hotel. We were warmly welcomed by Sany. He gave us all information we needed.He is very kind and professional /active. We have an room with the Eiffel tower view , you see the Eiffel Tower view from the window. They has only few rooms with the Eiffel Tower view ( view from windows) I will definitely come back at this hotel and obviously we will meet Sany 😎.
