A very comfortable room in a great location in Zell am See. Very friendly owner-managers: they greeted us at the front door with a welcome drink and were flexible with our needs. The breakfast was great with a personal touch of the owners.

The breakfast is unparalleled, absolutely amazing! Great location right next to the lift of Zell Am See and right next to the bus stop for access to Kaprun. The bathrooms are very spacious and very well equipped. The rituals products are a nice touch.

Perfect place to stay when in Zell am See: nice and clean rooms, great spa facilities, bike and ski carage, gym, helpful stuff, great food and much more! The location is ideal if wanted to travel between Kaprun and Zell am See or wanted to go somewhere else in Austria like in Salzburg or Bad Gastein. Bus stops close to the hotel and hotel offered "Sommer Karte" (summer card) offered free of charge bus transportation and use of cable cars. Really appreciated benefit indeed if using local busses and cable cars to go up in mountains. Been in Hotel Latini already twice and coming back again for sure! Sie haben meine Reise sehr angenehm gemacht, vielen dank! ☺️
