Could not have asked for more caring staff, better service or a higher quality hotel. From the moment we walked in (7 hours early), the staff collected our bags, allowed us to shower,provided warm cookies, allowed us to eat, provided colouring and other small presents for my daughter. This was before we even checked in. Every single staff member treated us like royalty throughout our stay. The sauna, steam room, gym and pool were huge bonuses. The location about 12 mins walk from burj/mall. It was surrounded by food shops within 1 minute walk. The breakfast was beautiful, freshly cooked and a huge array of food available. The foyer was lovely, calm and had a Starbucks on site. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff did a brilliant job every day cleaning our room. The hotel in general was immaculate and the staff went above and beyond at all times. I could mention every single staff but want to give a huge thank you to Bilal, George and daisy I believe for all they did for us. If you are coming to Dubai, please believe you will not find a better hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, amenities and location with a very reasonable price.

I had a birthday when we stay there and it was nice suprise when we get to the room and the bed was decorated with 'Happy Birthday' and fruit bowl on the table and they also bring the cake when we checked-in. Also we appreciate that we can use a pool area before the check-in because we arrived early in the morning. But we store the lugagge and already started to enjoy our day in the hotel. Staff was amazing there! Thank you for a wonderfull stay!

Room was comfy, spacious and kept tidy. All of the staff were helpful and great! Breakfast delicious with a kitchen order included. In addition, the hotel restaurant served good food also at lunch and dinner time. The location of the hotel is great, close to the airport, and 2min walk from Deira City Center metro station, from where e.g. Burj Khalifa is convenient to reach by metro. The Deira Mall next to has also a huge grocery store and a wide selection of restaurants. Still the area around the hotel is very calm. Complimentary airport shuttle and bus to the Al Mamzar beach were also very nice additions for our stay.

The Dusit D2 Kenz Hotel Dubai is located in Barsha Heights. Facing Sheikh Zayed Road, it is a short walk from the Dubai Internet City Metro Station, features free WiFi and free private parking.
