We had a one night stay after arriving from Marrakesh. Next day we would leave for a night in the desert. Arrival was uncomplicated, easy to find (dirt roads). We were welcomed with tea and snacks. There were no other guests during our stay so it was all quiet. There is a nice inner court that provides both sun and shadows and allows you to relax in front of your room. The room we had was great, huge bed, working shower with warm water - all good. We had asked for the standard dinner menu (150 dh) and it was 1) delicious and 2) waaaaay too much. We had to leave some food unfortunately. Also, they helped us book a quad trip in the desert on the next day. Easy and from a price perspecitve OK I would say. Would definitely recommend Maison Hassan!

Beautiful location with amazing views on the desert. Rooms are spacious and comfortable! perfect for those who seek a more luxurious stay in the desert. The inner courtyard turns into a cosy atmosphere for diner. We loved it!

Set in the Moroccan desert, the air-conditioned Hotel Riad Ali is located near Lake Dayet Srij. It features a rooftop terrace with views over the sand dunes and free Wi-Fi access. Fantastic architecture and landscape, the place is a virtual palace on the edge of the Sahara desert. Sunrise over the dunes was spell binding There is plenty of courtyards, balconies and open space for what appears to be a small number of guest rooms. The food was very well prepared and tasty. The staff are friendly and delightfull. They even mailed, at no expense to us, a room key we accidentally brought from our previous nights lodging. Topping this off with a camel ride adventure rated our Raid Ali stay as Best of the Best.

First time ive written a review, but i feel strongly that this is the most enjoyavle Riad i have stayed in throughout my travels in Morocco. The staff are extremely helpful and generous, going out of their way to help me with some of my logistics. The house is beautiful too and the hospitality is top tier.

GITE Take your time v destinaci Merzouga poskytuje ubytování jen pro dospělé s zahradou, sdíleným loungem a terasou. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. Hospitality level was super! the location of the gite was great as you could walk directly to the dunes in a few minutes and there were lots of camels in the area that you could visit. You would most likely want to have a car because the gite is about 2.5-3 kms from town. We ha a car, which made it easy to go to the hosts house in the morning (where the breakfast was served). The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own food. Did I mention how great the hospitality was?

We felt like we were actually in the middle of the Sahara desert but surrounded by 5 star luxury . The staff were amazing, couldn’t do enough for us.

The property is located in the middle of a town close to Merzouga. The house itself is incredibly beautiful. The swimming pool is what made it perfect. After a hot day of traveling it is the best way to cool down. The host was super kind and helped us with laundry, the airco and food/drinks. We recommend this place to everyone staying a night here to enjoy the local life near the Sahara!
