Very noisy all night long. Informal tyre repair shack outside was hammering sporadically all night, and a dog barking at the people wandering through in the litter filled alley the side of the building overlooks. Heavy traffic outside on the road, with trucks/busses hooting made it difficult to sleep. They need to sound-proof the room a bit.

The room should have a small fridge freezer so that when guest arrives and for the duration of their stay,there’s somewhere to store food and other essential supplies

The facility is located very close to a major road network, which can be very noisy at times, i.e. with sirens and hooting.

The proximity to conference spaces and CBN. The staff were nice and very helpful. The room was always well cleaned.

The only thing was the ceiling fan had a light connected to it which was very bright and kept going on in the middle of the night and waking me up. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs or get one of the deluxe rooms which are not facing the main road.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the N1 Hotel Rotten Row in Harare, and I was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore the local area. The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I required, including a comfortable bed, fan, hot water, and a flat-screen TV. One of the things that really stood out to me was the hotel's security. As a solo traveler, I often worry about safety, but the N1 Hotel Rotten Row had 24-hour security on site, which made me feel much more at ease.
