Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWe ate lunch there which was overpriced based on the quality of the food. The tv remote control didn't work. I was expecting a regular stand-up shower but instead we had a bathtub with a hose that had a shower head on it. The women's bathroom in the lobby was paddle locked but the men's was open, no idea why. I had to ask for the key to use it like at a gas station.
The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city and has a secure guest car park. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was well equipped and clean. There was Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.

United KingdomMy room had one round plug, the kettle has a round plug. You then have to unplug the tv to use the kettle or to iron. For the cost of a room, those types of problems should not exist. Also there are no irons in the room. You have to phone housekeeping for one. Again it’s a round plug, l could not iron as cable of the iron was too short. The room doors have evidently been painted, terrible paint job.
Location is fantastic, the staff are very friendly. It’s a beautiful, clean hotel.
