Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomThe only two problems were electricity issues due to load shedding in Harare. The generators on site were turned off at midnight which meant total darkness till 5 that wasn’t the greatest.
Breakfast was incredible , the views were unmatched in Harare and the general service was top notch. You wouldn’t expect such a magnificent chalet experience in a city that sort of thing is normally reserved for luxury lodges on safari b ur the good folk at Amanzi have pulled it off. The staff are outstanding as well and respond extremely promptly to any queries. Finally the rooms themselves and the bathrooms in particular are unmatched in Harare

The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming and went an extra mile to let us choose a room from the available options by taking us around the property to enable us to arrive at an informed decision.
