    The property is very nice, clean, well-stocked with all one needs for cooking, and other amenities. They have DSTV and alternative power supply. Very thoughtful and attentive host. Will be back. Yours, Happy Guest.

    It is a beautiful place, the host made sure I was comfortable and had everything i needed. I felt like I was in my own house. The place was clean and close to eating places and the mall if I needed to do any shopping. Nellie was also quick to answer my questions or clarifications I had with regards to my booking. I would definitely book the place and highly recommend it.

    Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfortable double bed (not the pillows), back-up power (for lights and WiFi only!) and a gas stove. Very secure parking (also for bigger cars) and very friendly caretaker!

    The apartment has a real AirBnB-feel (lot of personal things) but also feels a bit cluttered. Not really a nice place to sit outside, as there isn't really a garden. The house has private security at night (something to get used to), but the guard often walks past the window of your bedroom with his music playing. Ensuite bathroom didn't have any water the first days and the 2nd bathroom only a few drops, but after 2 days somebody came to tell us that they forget to turn on the 'booster'... After that, water pressure was much better. WiFi is too slow to make a video call and not very stable. Power outages took só long, that we couldn't use any of the electric appliances (like washing machine). For 45USD per night, I have been in other apartments in Lusaka that had a back-up generator too.

    Steven, thank you for your review of our property and we are saddened to hear your experience was not the experience the majority of our guests have had at our property. You requested for an extension of your original booking a day after checking in, which we accepted, so we are a little puzzled why you would extend, while having such a bad experience. The host was in constant contact with you, and you indicted everything was ok. The house only contains things for guests use only and does not have any personal things nor is it cluttered. We listen to guests needs and furnish the house to accommodate different types of guests. The WIFI at the house has already been addressed before your stay but unfortunately our order with Starlink is pending a spot because Lusaka has so many requests for that service, so we hope to get that soon and address the Wi-Fi issues we are currently having with our current service provider. Our sincere apologies for the guard service noise level while patrolling. We have reached out to the service company and relayed your concerns, and we hope they can do better. The water booster was an oversight and should have been turned on prior to your check in, but this would have been corrected immediately had you informed the host when she checked in with you. The house does have a small garden at the front, and we have patio chairs for guests to sit on should they wish to be outside, so we are a little confused with your statement that we do not have a garden. Due to the current electricity load shedding in the country, which is beyond our control, we have invested extensively in a solar back up system, which controls the lights, water booster, water pump, small electrical devices including TV’s, fridge, air purifiers, fans and WI-FI. We also have a gas stove to use when there is load shedding. We are also installing a solar water heater this week, because we have recognized that is another area we need to address due to the current electricity situation in the country. Installing a generator is not an option for us as we do not have a person on site 24/7 to manage it for the guests and we do not want to burden guests to manage that. Our nightly rate is $80, and your stay was heavily discounted to $45 because we were in the process of closing for a few days to start installing the solar water heater and finish off other pending projects.     The home is very comfortable and homely. I appreciated the attention to detail of all one needs in a home. I'm definitely making this place my second home. The back up powers is definitely a bonus allowed me to work even from home.

    The property was fantastic! Great location, comfortable accommodation, and excellent service. Highly recommend

    Not a major issue, but the shower in the master bedroom took a while to heat up and the pressure was low.
