EgyptThere were bugs coming out from the bathroom and had to call the front desk to spray an insecticide. Absolutely no extra service for repeat clients. This was my second time staying there and I usually stay for long periods. I asked for a quiet room weeks before my arrival but they gave me a normal room. No incentive to be a repeat client. When I asked the front desk about it they said you have to book directly through us to get such benefits. This does not make any sense to be honest.
All the staff including restaurant, front desk, housekeeping are very polite and helpful. The food is good and laundry service is great.

AustraliaThe rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food and a nice relaxing vibe. It was only a short walk to a small shopping complex with food, groceries, clothes and an ATM. It was a little bit disappointing to find out the spa was no longer there and the yoga/zen garden weren’t really maintained.

ItalyThe staff was fabulous, super helpful and kind. We also particularly loved the food, great choices for vegetarians! The bed was super comfortable and the room was lovely. We were initially upgraded to an executive room where unfortunately we could hear and smell the generator outside which was not ideal. When we brought this up to the staff they immediately changed our room which was just perfect. The location is on a main road so there isn’t much to do in walking distance from the hotel but we only stayed one night in transit and it was a great experience nonetheless. Thank you - we will be back! :)

ZambiaThe establishment needs to do some prep work with staff, we where received by a gentleman at reception who seemed to not know how to check in guests, he went to call the lady responsible who checked us into a already booked room, luckily a staff member stopped us and gave us the next room. Room service do not pick up calls, ever. We had to call reception who went to look for them. It’s a sad state of affairs for staff to destroy the image of such a beautiful hotel. I was too tired to explore the restaurant, bar and cigar lounge but they looked modern and comfortable.
Modern and comfortable, slept like a baby. King size bed with fridge kettle tv air conditioner in room, spacious bathroom, linen and towels of superior grade.
